1. Processing Time
All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.

Standard Items: 2–5 business days

Custom / Made‑to‑Order Designs: 7–14 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped with full tracking.

4. Incorrect Address & Redelivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
